All sales at Mind Melt Toys are final.
Once an order has been placed and processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or accidental orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mind Melt Toys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending the correct item or offering store credit.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Mind Melt Toys may result in delayed resolution and restriction from future purchases.
